Thomas L. Moser

Thomas Moser graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017. After working for over 2 years at the Missouri State Public Defenders Office, Tom decided to start his own Law Office in November 2019. Tom assists clients with Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases. Tom has handled numerous criminal cases in Maries, Phelps, Pulaski, Dent Crawford and Texas counties. These included Domestic Assaults, Drug Offenses, Burglary, Criminal Non-Support, Felony and Misdemeanor Probation violations, Assault, Forgery, Kidnapping, Weapons Offenses, Driving while Suspended/Revoked, DWI/Excessive BAC, Resisting Arrest and Stealing Offenses just to name a few. Tom is prepared to mount a zealous defense and advocate for you and insure your rights are protected. Tom has handled numerous depositions, suppression of evidence hearings, preliminary hearings, probation violation hearings and jury trials.

Tom has also settled several personal injury (car crash) cases. Tom has fought with the at fault driver's insurance company and obtained multiple policy limits settlements for his clients that were injured in a car crash. Tom is a veteran of the United States Air Force and spent over 15 years as a full time law enforcement officer prior to attending law school.
